With a wide range of pathways available, high school students are struggling to find the information they need to choose and navigate their post-secondary education and career options. This has led to the development of the challenge question: How might we design a digital tool that would help high school students gain a better understanding of available career opportunities and the pathways to get there?

The Solution

Through this 6-week competition, we are calling on data gurus, students, educators, design thinkers, and passionate individuals to create teams and work together to develop digital solutions. Creators of the top 10 solutions will travel to Toronto and have the chance to pitch their ideas and present their prototypes to a panel of innovative and creative thinkers. The teams with the most promising solutions will be awarded prizes from a pool of $50,000!
